You do not need a referral to come to our Bondi Junction podiatry clinic. If you have private health insurance you may get a rebate from your health fund depending on your cover.

If you want to know how much you can claim from your fund, contact your health fund and quote the following codes and fees.

  • Initial consult - $125 (HICAPS code 004)

  • Subsequent consult - $105 (HICAPS code 014)

  • Medicare EPC referrals - $35 gap (requires a GP referral called an Enhanced Primary Care or Team Care Arrangement - eligibility generally for those with chronic conditions)

  • Medi-Pedi Pamper Pack - $130 for the initial, $115 for ongoing consultations (you can claim the rebate from your health fund for the appointment if you are covered for podiatry). $30 extra for the application of nail polish.

  • Paraffin wax foot treatment $50 (on top of consultation fee)

  • Keryflex Nail Reconstruction - $75 one-off payment for Keryflex Kit, 1 application $140, 2 or more nail applications $180 (claimable - appointment included)

  • PediSafe Nail Reconstruction - 1 nail application $140 (claimable), 2 or more nail applications $180 (claimable - appointment fee included). No individualized kit is required (single-use brushes and sterile tools are used).

  • PediSafe Nail Bracing - $50 (on top of consultation fee)

  • Shockwave Therapy - $50 (on top of consultation fee)

  • Test for dermatophytes $55 (fungal nail test)

  • Injection therapy - $100 (on top of consultation fee - this includes cortisone injections)

Orthotic fees:

We have the most affordable and high-quality orthotics in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

The total cost for custom orthotics is $750 (excluding appointment fee) including the following codes:

  • Biomechanical assessment or orthotics consultation - $90 (HICAPS code 118 - additional cost for orthotic consultation)

  • Taking a mold or scan of the feet for orthotics - $40 x2 (HICAPS code 301 x2)

  • Custom Orthotics - $580 = $290 x2  (HICAPS code 221 x2)

  • ‘Custom Feet Insoles’ orthotics molded on the same day - $200 (HICAPS code 223)

  • Pre-made - $100 - $250 (HICAPS code 240)

Cancellation policy: $50 appointment fee applies if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, and 100% of the appointment fee if canceled within 4 hours of the appointment.
