Come to our Bondi Junction podiatry clinic to be pampered with a medical-grade pedicure with our qualified podiatrist who will perform a medical pedicure in a clean, private and sterile environment. This medical pedicure for feet prevents the risk of developing fungal nail infections which can occur when non-sterile equipment is used. This medical pedicure will not be performed with a spa as this increases the risk of fungal infection and warts, a dry pedicure will be performed by cleansing the feet with a spray. We use specialized equipment to ensure that you have a sterile and safe environment and leave the clinic feeling relaxed.

The medical pedicure (medi pedi) treatment includes:

  • Assessment and diagnosis of skin and general foot health

  • Cleansing the feet

  • Cutting, shaping, and filing nails

  • Reducing thickened nails with a burr and addressing conditions like ingrown toenails

  • Removing corns and callus professionally

  • Addressing skin conditions such as cracked heels and tinea pedis “athlete’s foot”

  • Gentle massage with medical-grade massage wax

  • Application of moisturizing cream

This treatment is suitable for both men and women who want to improve the appearance of their feet in a safe environment. Our ‘Pedi Medi’ or ‘Medi Pedi’ is a Medical Pedicure because we only use sterile tools and assess, diagnose and manage skin and nail conditions during the consultation in our Sydney clinic.

We have a range of recommended nail polishes in our clinic which are breathable and free of toxins that are common in normal nail polish.

Cost: $120 for initial, $107 for ongoing consultation (you can claim the rebate from your health fund for the appointment if you are covered for podiatry).

$30 extra for the application of nail polish

$50 Optional foot paraffin wax treatment

We use single-use nail polish pots to reduce the risk of fungal nail infections.
